ST Engineering Staff Union (STESU) was formed in April 2021 to better align union representation structure with the newly formed business structure so that members’ workplace interest can be better represented.

STESU represent all employees within the ST Engineering group and its subsidiaries with varying degree of workplace representation for different categories of employees.
