Scholarships Offered

 

Full-Term
Covers your studies from the start

Mid-Term
Available if you are already studying; recipients receive retrospective reimbursements.

For mid-term scholars, applications must be submitted before the commencement of the final year of undergraduate studies.

Bond Periods

3 years for local studies

5 years for overseas studies

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Singapore Citizens and either current students or graduates with one of the following qualifications:

  • GCE A-Level

  • International Baccalaureate (IB)

  • Polytechnic Diploma

  • Currently pursuing an eligible Undergraduate Programme(s)


Eligible Institutions:
Local Universities: NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT, SUTD, SUSS Overseas Universities: Top 100 globally (QS World University Rankings)

Fields of Study:
All disciplines are welcome, except for Veterinary, Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Music, Arts, and Architecture.

Fundings

  • Comprehensive Coverage – Includes tuition fees, application costs, accommodation, and books.

  • One-Time Reimbursement – Support for settling-in and computer expenses.

  • Annual Living Allowance – Financial support provided throughout your studies.

  • Overseas Exchange Programmes – Costs and return airfare covered for eligible exchange programmes.

  • Return Airfare – Annual return flights for overseas scholars.

  • Internship Opportunities – Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from Labour Members of Parliament.

Application Process

1. Submit Your Application
Complete and submit your application via the BrightSparks Portal.

2. Introduction Call
Introductory call with HR.

3. Psychometric Assessment
Undergo a psychometric test.

4. First Interview
First round of interviews with Business Leaders.

5. Final Interview
Final round of interviews with Senior Management.

Mid-Term Scholarship: Undergraduates who have completed at least one semester and are not in their final year are encouraged to apply.
