Who we’re looking for

Eligibility criteria:

Must be a Singapore Citizen.
Strong academic performance (GCE A Level, local polytechnic diploma, or equivalent).
Proven leadership through co-curricular activities or community service.

Your journey begins here

As an NTUC Scholar, you will embark on a fulfilling career as an Industrial Relations Officer (IRO) upon graduation. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborating with union leaders, members, and management to foster good industrial relations.
  • Managing grievances and negotiating collective agreements for worker welfare.
  • Advocating for upskilling practices to enhance productivity and improve lives.

Experience diverse industries and broaden your understanding of the Whole-of-Integrated NTUC network through job rotations.

Mid-Term Scholarship: Undergraduates who have completed at least one semester and are not in their final year are encouraged to apply.
