Dr Kang Soon-Hock is Deputy Director at the Centre for Applied Research and an Associate Professor with the School of Humanities and Behavioural Sciences at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is a sociologist who researches issues concerning the employment and employability of mature workers and its implications on society.
