The Network strives to empower the next generation by being part of a mentors’ community amongst likeminded leaders seeking opportunities to offer their knowledge and experience, fostering a positive impact on the workforce. You can look forward to connecting with fellow Industry Leaders, cross share your valuable experiences and gain fresh insights and perspectives.

Training

  • Mentors will be enrolled in training sessions prior to being matched.
  • Mentors will learn essential skills such as how to make an impression and establishing a mentor-mentee relationship that is sustained and positive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mentors are anticipated to impart their expertise and experiences, extend guidance, and assist mentees in honing their skills and attaining their objectives. Mentorship pairings may span across a diverse age range, typically ranging from 25 to 65 years, contingent upon the career aspirations of the mentees.

Mentors will be paired with a mentee through the mentorship platform based on the mentees' specified criteria. Mentors have the option to either accept or decline the system-assigned match.

NTUC Mentorship Programmes offers a range of Programmes for mentors to engage in, including structured one-on-one mentoring lasting for three months and group mentoring initiatives that may span just one evening.

If a mentor-mentee relationship is not working out, either party can initiate a conversation to address concerns or request a reassignment.
