What is NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)?

The NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers) programme offers eligible members up to $120 worth of assistance on daily essentials and schools supplies, with an additional $120 for each eligible school-going child and additional $120 per eligible school-going child studying in a special needs school.

 

Who can apply for NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)?

Make sure you’re eligible to apply for the NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)                                         

You are an NTUC member, with at least 6 continuous months as at point of application and must not be in arrears
Members WITHOUT family members staying in the same Household in Singapore, Personal Gross Monthly Income must be $1,650 and below (inclusive of overtime and allowances)
Members WITH family members staying in the same Household in Singapore, Personal Gross Monthly Income must be $3,800 and below (inclusive of overtime and allowances) OR Per Capita Income must be $950 and below (if gross household income exceeds $3,800)

How to apply for NTUC Care Fund (e-Vouchers)

The application period is from 21 November 2024, 12pm to 26 December 2024, 4pm. Please note that late submissions will not be processed. 

 

Applications must also be submitted online through the OneCARE System .

Successful applicants will receive their e-Vouchers by SMS sent to the mobile number that is used during application within 30 working days from the application closing date.

 

Note: Sender name is 'NTUC U Care'. Do ensure that mobile numbers are updated and reflected accurately during programme application to receive the e-Vouchers. 

Members can load their e-Vouchers on their mobile phone and use it at participating merchants with no minimum purchase. Please refer to the step-by-step redemption guide.
