What is North East CDC Project Refresh?

Project Refresh is a collaboration between North East Community Development Council (NECDC) and Young NTUC. This programme aims to improve the living environment of seniors/low-income families through a series of refurbishment works including painting, cleaning, bed fumigation and decluttering.

Through this initiative, NECDC together with Young NTUC and various stakeholders within the North East District, including GROs, SACs, schools and corporates hope to bring smiles to the underprivileged residents, especially before every festive season.

The project had also expanded since the first session to include low-income families living in non-rental units who need painting/cleaning/decluttering services for furniture/appliances/mattresses.
